Shipping policy
1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We endeavour to send your order the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be processed the next business day. All domestic orders are all sent with Australia Post parcel services.
- Within Australia: All domestic orders are all sent with Australia Post Standard and Express Post parcel services. Delivery is typically between 1-2 business days within metropolitan NSW, or 1-3 business days elsewhere within Australia. You can get an estimate from Australia Post website using '2151' as the origin postcode.
- Outside Australia: International orders are sent either via Australia Post International Express Service or DHL DDP Service (Duty Delivery Paid). Delivery is between 2-12 business days, depending on the location and courier service. Please keep in mind, due to possible customs processing delays, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time frame. Currently we only provide International shipping services to the following countries; New Zealand, Canada, USA and the United Kingdom.

3. DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
For UK and USA orders, we use Duty Delivery Paid freight services (DDP) for your parcel, so there are no extra duties or taxes that you need to pay on top. We also look after customs clearance. If you have any issue receiving your parcel, please reach out to support@lillypillycollection.com.au
All International shipments will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid. If you refuse a shipment from LILLY PILLY Collection you are responsible for the original shipping fees plus the import and return fees that we may incur for the return delivery back to us.
